Without a doubt the best in the business! What Kev and his team don’t know about timber frames isn’t worth knowing. Since I contacted Kev some 18 months ago about our Scotframe kit, he has been instrumental in the planning of our build, always staying in regular contact and always on hand to advise from that first phone call. The knowledge they have is priceless. Our beautiful home was erected in only 3 days which was mind blowing to see!!! I’ve never seen anyone work so efficiently and hard and with such attention to detail. If you are looking for someone to erect your timber frame please give these guys a call they won’t disappoint!! Such nice lads too and an absolute pleasure to work with!

I would highly recommend CJC Timberframe Ltd. They erected my self- build home in Dumbarton in April. Kevin and his team were very professional with a friendly manner. The site was small and difficult to access, however Kevin was able to suggest a Manitou rather than a crane to lift the panels, resolving this issue. There were problems with the kit manufacturer’s measurements, however with Kevin’s due care and highly skilled workmanship, he was able to resolve these issues too. Their work was plum and level and exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with the finished product. CJC were a pleasure to have on site, they started early and didn’t even stop for lunch! They were very reasonably priced and their quote included fitting the windows, which other kit erectors did not include.
Building your own home is extremely stressful, dare I say, they actually made the process enjoyable. If I were ever crazy enough to embark on another self-build project, I would not hesitate in using CJC Timberframe Ltd again!
